Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The product is unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
• You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
• Items that are damaged, altered, or missing parts may not be accepted for return.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at epicshutterhub1@gmail.com.
