At Epic Shutter Hub, we make sure your photography gear is delivered safely, quickly, and in perfect condition. Here is everything you need to know about shipping.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation. Processing does not include weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Options

Standard Delivery (Uganda): 1–3 business days.
Express Delivery (Kampala): Same-day or next-day delivery.
Regional Shipping: Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, South Sudan: 3–7 days.
International Shipping: 7–14 business days.

3. Delivery Fees

Fees vary by location and will appear at checkout:

Kampala: UGX 5,000–15,000
Upcountry: UGX 10,000–25,000
East Africa / International: Calculated at checkout

4. Tracking Your Order

You will receive a tracking number and courier information once the order is shipped.

5. Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to reach you, delivery will be attempted again within 24 hours. Additional fees may apply.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged, take photos and contact us within 24 hours for a replacement or refund.
